How to prevent rodent infestations
Seeing a rat in the day time could be a rat getting accidently being in sight or a clear sign of an infestation that could lead to a high population if not dealt with quickly.

Rodent habits
Rats will gnaw through walls and ceilings to get to food and generally breed at high pace. Water supply for rats is essential but mice can take water from food. Rats can eat through cables and wires to keep their teeth sharp and this can cause problems to the property and a fire hazard.
Can I do it myself?

1. Assess the situation of the problem. Identify the findings you have seen and the description of the surroundings. This is to visualize the type of job required before a site visit. Trails can be noticed,

3. Book initial appointment for the survey on location. This will give you feedback to see if changes you can make to help stop the area from being infested, food sources, water supply and habitat. Blocking drains, protecting other animals and children from pesticide.
After Treatment
Our after sales service will be in contact to check on the progress and discounted rates will be offered if the problem persists. Problems such as neighbor’s properties, food source continued. Rats being bait shy or problem being a lot bigger than expected can all be a cause of a continuation.
On occasions drainage support with video surveillance will be recommended to a 3rd party to find further evidence. Plumbing equipment can supplied for all drains and pluming to stop entrance to property of rodents if required.

Domestic
For homes and domestic services usually the fees will require a minimum of 2 visits at a starting price of 90 GBP
A survey report might also need to be done at 45 GBP
Any additional visits will be charged solely at 45 GBP

Commercial
For commercial properties fees are calculated on a per job basis. For a 2x visit initial fee will start at GBP 100 with any additional extra visits discounted . A call out charge will apply for none treated appointments.
